Legacie Celebrates Triple Win at the Sunday Express Property Awards
Legacie enjoyed a standout evening at the prestigious Sunday Express Property Awards on 15th May, taking home three major accolades that recognise its growing impact across the North West’s property landscape.
The company was named Property Developer of the Year, a testament to its continued delivery of high-quality, transformative projects across the region — most notably the Parliament Square regeneration scheme in Liverpool, which was also awarded Development of the Year.

The awards ceremony, held at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester, brought together some of the most influential names in the property and construction sectors, celebrating innovation, sustainability, and excellence in delivery.
Legacie’s success on the night was mirrored by that of its partners, Nexus Residential and RWInvest, who were also recognised for their contributions to the industry. Nexus Residential collected two key awards — Residential Property Developer of the Year and Innovator of the Year — in recognition of their environmentally conscious approach and commitment to low-carbon, future-ready design.
Meanwhile, RWInvest was recognised for its continued commitment to promoting equality and inclusion, winning Outstanding Commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, as well as Investment Agency of the Year.
These collective wins highlight the strength of collaboration between Legacie and its key partners, and their shared ambition to raise standards and drive progress within the North West’s property sector.
