With £500M+ in secured work and over 4,000 units currently under construction or launching soon across the North West and beyond. We expect excellence in quality, safety, compliance, and sustainability, with social value at the core—supporting local jobs, communities, and lasting positive impact. We are developing our charter in parallel with extending our supply chain to further meet our growing project pipeline, with more information to be revealed soon.
