We understand the critical role that strong, collaborative supply chain management plays in creating long-term value — not only for our projects but for the communities we serve.
Connecting with our supply chain partners
As a responsible developer and contractor, we maintain the highest standards through our in-house supply chain of four specialist businesses, helping to mitigate risk and ensure quality at every stage. We work with local partners who share our values, creating jobs and delivering lasting community impact through effective, locally focused supply chain management.
Our supply chain brings together four specialist in-house businesses under one roof, delivering exceptional bespoke joinery, fit-out, road surfacing, and scaffolding services.
By keeping all services in-house, we can absorb risk more effectively, ensuring tighter control over quality, timelines, and costs.

With £500M+ in secured work and over 4,000 units currently under construction or launching soon across the North West and beyond. Our recent Meet the Buyer event was a great success, providing an excellent platform to connect with passionate subcontractors, share our vision, and explore opportunities for mutual growth. We showcased our development pipeline, growth plans, and highlighted the crucial role social value plays in everything we do.
